About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Lead who can take ownership of MuleSoft integration architecture, development, delivery, and technical leadership across enterprise integration projects.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands‑on expertise in MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, excellent understanding of API‑led connectivity, and the ability to lead a team while working closely with customers, architects, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Design scalable and secure integration solutions using API‑led Connectivity.
• Provide technical leadership to MuleSoft developers and review solution designs and code.
• Develop and manage APIs using Anypoint API Manager, API Designer, Exchange, Runtime Manager and CloudHub.
• Work extensively with Mule 4, DataWeave 2.0, RAML/OAS, REST and SOAP APIs.
• Design integrations with databases, SaaS applications, ERP systems, CRM platforms and third‑party applications.
• Establish reusable integration frameworks, standards, best practices and development guidelines.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot production issues and ensure performance and reliability.
• Lead deployment and release activities across development, QA, UAT and production environments.
• Work with DevOps teams on CI/CD pipelines and automated MuleSoft deployments.
• Analyze integration requirements and translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture discussions, estimation, technical documentation and project planning.
• Mentor junior and mid‑level MuleSoft developers.
• Coordinate with onsite/offshore teams and effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance and maintainability standards.

Required Technical Skills

Must Have:

• 7–10 years of overall experience with significant hands‑on MuleSoft experience.
• Strong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
• Excellent knowledge of Mule 4 and DataWeave 2.0.
• Strong experience in API‑led Connectivity and API Management.
• Hands‑on experience with Anypoint Studio, API Manager, Runtime Manager, Exchange and CloudHub.
• Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, HTTP, JSON, XML and RAML/OAS.
• Experience integrating databases and enterprise applications.
• Good understanding of OAuth 2.0, client authentication, API security and policies.
• Experience with Git and CI/CD.
• Strong debugging and production support capabilities.
• Good understanding of integration architecture and enterprise design patterns.

Good to Have

• MuleSoft Certified Developer / Integration Architect certification.
• Experience with CloudHub 2.0.
• Experience with Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps or similar CI/CD tools.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with Kafka or other messaging platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow or other enterprise systems.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
