Job summary

AllCloud is seeking an experienced MuleSoft Architect with 8+ years of integration experience to design scalable enterprise integrations using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. You will lead Salesforce integration projects, define API-led connectivity patterns, and collaborate with global teams to deliver secure, reusable solutions.

The role requires hands-on expertise with MuleSoft 4, DataWeave, and various deployment models (CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, on-prem).

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software integration or enterprise application integration including 2+ years as MuleSoft Architect.
• Hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and Mule 4, Studio, Runtime Manager, API Manager, DataWeave 2.0.
• Experience with CloudHub, Runtime Fabric, Hybrid, and on-premise deployments.
• Strong knowledge of API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns.
• Proven Salesforce integrations experience; familiarity with Salesforce REST/SOAP/Bulk/Streaming APIs.
• Knowledge of REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML and API security.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices for MuleSoft deployments.
• Cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Excellent architecture, problem-solving and stakeholder management.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Architect with 8+ years of experience in integration architecture, MuleSoft development, and enterprise application integration. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and a solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, including integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and third-party systems.

You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions while working closely with business, technology, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and define enterprise integration architecture using MuleSoft and Anypoint Platform.

• Lead the architecture and implementation of complex Salesforce integrations with internal and external applications.

• Design API-led connectivity solutions using System, Process, and Experience APIs.

• Define integration patterns, API strategies, data flows, security standards, and reusable frameworks.

• Develop and review MuleSoft APIs, integrations, and technical solutions for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Integrate Salesforce with ERP, CRM, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.

• Work with Salesforce architects and development teams to define optimal integration approaches.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to MuleSoft developers and integration teams.

• Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.

• Troubleshoot complex integration, API, performance, and production issues.

• Establish and enforce integration best practices, governance, security, and development standards.

• Collaborate with global stakeholders, business teams, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.

Skills &Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software integration, API development, or enterprise application integration including at least 2+ years acting as a MuleSoft Architect.

• Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.

• Strong expertise in Mule 4, Anypoint Studio, Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange and DataWeave 2.0.

• Experience with varied MuleSoft deployment architectures, including CloudHub, Runtime Fabric (RTF), Hybrid, and completely On-Premise standalone environments.

• Understanding of the architectural trade-offs between fully managed integration platforms (iPaaS) and customer-hosted runtimes

• Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns.

• Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations.

• Good understanding of Salesforce APIs such as REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs.

• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.

• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML, and API security.

• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices for MuleSoft deployments.

• Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Strong understanding of integration security, authentication, authorization, encryption, and data governance.

• Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, logging, and production support for integration platforms.

• Strong architecture, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• MuleSoft certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or Integration Architect.

• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Integration Architect or Application Architect.

• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Data Cloud.

• Experience with Kafka or other event-driven architectures.

• Experience with API gateways and enterprise API management.

• Experience working in large-scale Salesforce transformation or modernization programs.

• Experience implementing advanced API identity and access management schemes, specifically JWT for server-to-server integrations and OpenID Connect
