AllCloud is seeking a MuleSoft Architect with 8+ years of experience in integration architecture and MuleSoft development. The role focuses on designing scalable integration solutions, leading Salesforce integrations, and shaping API-led connectivity across ERP, CRM, and cloud apps.

Work with global teams to ensure secure, reusable frameworks and best practices, while delivering high-quality integration architectures and technical roadmaps.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MuleSoft Architect with 8+ years of experience in integration architecture, MuleSoft development, and enterprise application integration. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and a solid understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem , including integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications and third-party systems.

You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and reusable integration solutions while working closely with business, technology, and delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design and define enterprise integration architecture using MuleSoft and Anypoint Platform.

Lead the architecture and implementation of complex Salesforce integrations with internal and external applications.

Design API-led connectivity solutions using System, Process, and Experience APIs.

Define integration patterns, API strategies, data flows, security standards, and reusable frameworks.

Develop and review MuleSoft APIs, integrations, and technical solutions for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Integrate Salesforce with ERP, CRM, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party applications.

Work with Salesforce architects and development teams to define optimal integration approaches.

Provide technical leadership and guidance to MuleSoft developers and integration teams.

Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical assessments.

Troubleshoot complex integration, API, performance, and production issues.

Establish and enforce integration best practices, governance, security, and development standards.

Collaborate with global stakeholders, business teams, and engineering teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.

Requirements

Skills &Qualifications

8+ years of experience in software integration, API development, or enterprise application integration including at least 2+ years acting as a MuleSoft Architect.

Strong hands-on experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform .

Strong expertise in Mule 4 , Anypoint Studio, Runtime Manager, API Manager, Exchange and DataWeave 2.0.

Experience with varied MuleSoft deployment architectures , including CloudHub, Runtime Fabric (RTF), Hybrid, and completely On-Premise standalone environments.

Understanding of the architectural trade-offs between fully managed integration platforms (iPaaS) and customer-hosted runtimes

Strong understanding of API-led connectivity and enterprise integration patterns.

Proven experience designing and implementing Salesforce integrations .

Good understanding of Salesforce APIs such as REST, SOAP, Bulk, and Streaming APIs .

Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications, databases, cloud platforms, and third-party systems.

Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, OAuth 2.0, JWT, SAML , and API security.

Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices for MuleSoft deployments.

Understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP .

Strong understanding of integration security, authentication, authorization, encryption, and data governance.

Experience with performance tuning, monitoring, logging, and production support for integration platforms.

Strong architecture, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

MuleSoft certifications such as MuleSoft Certified Platform Architect or Integration Architect .

Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Integration Architect or Application Architect .

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Data Cloud .

Experience with Kafka or other event-driven architectures .

Experience with API gateways and enterprise API management .

Experience working in large-scale Salesforce transformation or modernization programs .

Experience implementing advanced API identity and access management schemes , specifically JWT (JSON Web Tokens) for server-to-server integrations and OpenID Connect
