Job summary

Platform9 Systems is seeking a talented Frontend Developer in India to join our team. The ideal candidate will build scalable, responsive web applications using React and TypeScript, turning complex infrastructure concepts into intuitive UI for admins.

You will work with REST APIs, focus on data-dense views, and contribute to a robust testing and development process in a remote, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years building production web applications with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with Redux and API-driven UIs.
• Experience styling components with Material UI or another CSS-in-JS approach.
• Experience with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience building tables and other data-heavy interfaces at scale.
• Experience with testing, using Jest and React Testing Library for unit tests.
• Good design skills with an eye for aesthetics and usability.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship features in React and TypeScript, from design handoff to production.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a talented Frontend Developer with 3-5 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in web development, with experience in building scalable and responsive applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Build and ship features in React and TypeScript, from design handoff to production.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-structured code while following best practices and coding standards.
• Turn complex infrastructure concepts (VMs, networks, volumes, clusters) into interfaces admins can use without reading docs.
• Build and maintain data-dense views: large resource lists with filtering, pagination, live updates and bulk actions.
• Integrate with many backend services through REST APIs.
• Write unit and end-to-end tests, and take part in code reviews.
• Work in a spec-driven development process with AI-assisted tooling.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years building production web applications with React and TypeScript.

• Background in OpenStack, Kubernetes, virtualization or networking
