Job summary

Wipro is seeking a highly skilled D365 CE Functional expert to join our team in Pune. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimizing end-to-end D365 CE Sales, Service and Marketing solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams across Finance, Manufacturing, and IT.

The candidate will lead requirements, design functional solutions, and provide training and post-implementation support to ensure success across global projects.

Qualifications

• 8 ~10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE including D365 for Sales
• Experience in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and upgrades in D365 CRM
• Understanding of Power Platform, Power BI, and integrations with third-party systems
• Ability to translate business requirements into D365 CE solutions

CRM Functional Role Overview:-

We are seeking a highly skilled D365 CE Functional to join our dynamic team at Wipro. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics D365 CE Sales, Service and Marketing modules. This role involves working closely with clients to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end D365 CE Sales, Service and Marketing using D365 CRM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in D365 CE, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment.


• Configure and customize D365 CE modules such as Sales Service and Marketing


• Conduct gap analysis and recommend best practices to optimize supply chain processes.


• Work with cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing, and IT to ensure seamless integration.


• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.


• Collaborate with technical teams for system customizations and integrations.


• Stay updated with the latest D365 CE updates to enhance solution offerings.


• Expertise in creating the functional design for business requirements including wireframing.


• Must have knowledge of co-ordination between different teams like Development, QA, etc.


• Should have given Training to Business Users on functionality being rolled out


• Should have a deep understanding of multiple industry domains.


• Ability to support business in UAT testing


• Ability to support business in UAT testing

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 8 ~10+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CE with expertise in D365 for Sales


• Experience in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and upgrades D365 CRM


• Understanding of Power Platform, Power BI, and integrations with third-party systems.


• Ability to translate business requirements into D365CE solutions.


• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.


• Must have expertise in Dynamics CRM functionalities like Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, PSA etc.


• Good expertise in basic configurations OOB provided by MS


• Strong understanding of Power Platform Power Automate, Power Pages, Power Apps etc.


• Understanding integration, migration and D365 security model


• Microsoft Certifications in Dynamics 365 CE (preferred).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with global clients and multi-country implementations.


• Knowledge of Azure DevOps, LCS (Lifecycle Services), and Agile methodologies.


• Understanding of finance and manufacturing modules in D365FO.
