Job summary

R Systems is seeking a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant/Business Analyst to join our team. You will work with clients to understand business requirements and guide how to leverage the Dynamics 365 platform to meet goals.

Responsibilities include designing, configuring, and implementing CRM solutions, while adhering to best practices and collaborating with both functional and technical teams. Ideal candidates have 5+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, strong CRM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Strong understanding of CRM processes and best practices
• Experience configuring Dynamics 365 CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Field Service)
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Knowledge of Power Platform and Power BI is a plus
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications in Customer Engagement, Sales, or Marketing preferred

As a Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant, you will work with clients to understand their business requirements and provide guidance on how best to utilize the Dynamics 365 platform to achieve their goals. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions that meet the client’s business needs, while adhering to industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Functional Consulting on Dynamics 365 CRM in the role of Functional Consultant/Business Analyst in Business Analyst at least three large, end-to-end large MSCRM implementations, that include complex functionality, more than one module of Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales/Service/Marketing / Field Service)
• Conduct workshops with clients to gather requirements, identify gaps and provide recommendations for business process improvements
• Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service
• Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation process, including training and troubleshooting
• Develop functional specifications and design documents for customizations and integrations
• Collaborate with technical consultants to ensure functional requirements are translated into technical designs
• Experience in Azure AI / ML, Azure IOT platform, and Virtual Agent is highly preferable
• Customize CRM systems using extensions, customizations, and integrations with other systems
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of solutions
• Provide support to clients during testing and go-live phases
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry developments and product updates related to Dynamics 365 CRM

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in implementing Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
• Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management processes and principles
• Ability to conduct business process analysis and translate requirements into functional specifications
• Experience in configuring Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Power BI, and related Microsoft technologies is a plus
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications in Customer Engagement, Sales, Marketing, or related areas are preferred.
