Qualifications

• B.Sc (any science stream) or B.Pharm from a recognised university.
• Willing to travel long rural routes in Uttar Pradesh.
• Own two-wheeler, valid driving licence and an Android smartphone.
• 1–5 years in pharma field sales or fresh graduates with MR internship may apply.
• Good spoken Hindi and sufficient English to detail products to doctors.

Responsibilities

• Cover the district hospital at Akbarpur and the private clinics around Mati on a fixed weekly cycle.
• Plan Rasulabad and Bhognipur as separate tour days so the rural doctors are met every month.
• Build ties with village-level chemists who supply PHC areas and keep your brands on their shelves.
• Support CMEs, camps and doctor meets strictly within UCPMP 2024 guidelines.
• Present each brand with approved visual aids and literature only – no off-label claims.
• Submit the daily call report, orders and expenses on the field-force app before the day closes.
• Own the headquarters target month by month, quarter by quarter.
