Qualifications

• B.Sc (any science stream) or B.Pharm from a recognised university.
• Own two-wheeler, valid driving licence and an Android smartphone for reporting app.
• 1–5 years in pharma field sales or healthcare selling; strong freshers with an MR internship may be considered by the employer.
• Good spoken Hindi and enough English to detail products to doctors.

Responsibilities

• Build steady prescriptions with general physicians and specialists in Shamli town.
• Plan Kairana as a dedicated tour day and pair Thana Bhawan with Kandhla on another.
• Work closely with the stockist so chemists near every core doctor keep your brands in stock.
• Present each brand with approved visual aids and literature only – no off-label claims.
• Submit the daily call report, orders and expenses on the field-force app before the day closes.
• Own the headquarters target month by month, quarter by quarter.
• Check the chemists around every core doctor so prescribed brands never go out of stock.
