Qualifications

• 5-8 years of middleware administration experience.
• Strong hands-on with IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS).
• Strong knowledge of IBM MQ administration and messaging concepts.
• Experience with installation, configuration, deployments, monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Unix/Linux environments and basic shell scripting knowledge.
• Experience in production support, incident management, and root-cause analysis.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Middleware Systems Administrator with strong expertise in IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) and IBM MQ administration. The candidate will be responsible for middleware installation, configuration, deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain IBM WebSphere Application Server (WAS) and IBM MQ.
• Manage application deployments, server configurations, and middleware environments.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Configure and manage MQ queues, queue managers, channels, and messaging components.
