Job summary

We are seeking a Motion Graphics Artist to take AI-generated clips and carry them through post-production to finished ads and brand content. You will edit, assemble, add motion graphics, VFX, SFX, and color grade across formats from 10-second clips to longer brand films.

This is a fast-paced, on-site role in Pune. You should have 5+ years of experience, hands-on with multiple AI video tools such as Seedance, Google Flow / Veo, Runway, Kling, or HeyGen, and be fluent with Premiere Pro and After

• Color grade to unify clips from different generations
• Address AI-related issues like frame glitches and logo/text distortions
• Create logo animations and brand intros/outros
• Deliver across formats (10s ads to 60s brand films) on tight timelines
• Keep project files and exports organized for rapid re-edits

MOTION GRAPHICS ARTIST — AI VIDEO POST-PRODUCTION

Experience: 5+ years

ABOUT US

We produce AI-generated video ads, brand films and social content for brands.

AI tools give us the raw clips. Our real work starts after that — turning that raw

output into a finished video people actually stop and watch. Cuts, VFX, sound

design, motion graphics, colour grading.

THE ROLE

This role owns that second half. You take the raw AI clips and carry them all the

way to the final delivered video. If the output still looks "AI-made" when it goes

to the client, the job is not done.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Edit and assemble AI-generated clips (Seedance, Google Flow / Veo, HeyGen, Runway, Kling) into finished ads and reels
• Add motion graphics, text animation, transitions, VFX and SFX on top of raw AI footage
• Sound design — music sync, voiceover sync, SFX layering, level mixing
• Colour grade so 6 clips from 6 different generations look like one single shoot
• Fix AI problems in post: frame glitches, flicker, morphing hands and faces, character mismatch between clips, distorted logos and text
• Build logo animations and brand intro / outro assets
• Work across formats — 10-second ad clips, 40 to 60-second brand films, vertical reels, festival and moment-marketing creatives
• Deliver on tight timelines. Most client work is same-day or next-day.
• Keep project files, versions and exports organised so any edit can be reopened and changed in minutes

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ years in video editing / motion graphics with real brand or client work behind you
• Already working hands-on with at least two AI video tools — Seedance, Google Flow / Veo, Runway, Kling, HeyGen or similar. This is not a traditional editing job.
• Strong on Premiere Pro and After Effects. DaVinci Resolve for grading is a plus.
• Good sense of pacing and hook-first storytelling — you understand why a viewer drops off at second 3
• Able to blend clips from different generations seamlessly — colour match, motion match, frame continuity
• Real sound design ability, not just placing a music track on the timeline
• Can work fast without the quality dropping
• Showreel is compulsory — it must show AI footage you have edited and finished, not raw AI generations

• Logo animation and brand motion identity work
• Rotoscoping, masking and cleanup on difficult shots
• 3D — Blender or Element 3D
• You run your own AI generations, not only edit what someone hands over

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

• Not a prompt-writing job. Generating clips is a small part. Finishing them is the job.
• Not wedding, long-form or YouTube-only editing.
• Not a slow studio. Work moves in days, not weeks.
