Job summary

Select Source International is seeking a Motion Graphics Designer to collaborate with the marketing team on high-quality video/animation content, brand identity, and product priorities. The role is based in Gurgaon with a night shift and is onsite, requiring close work with stakeholders to deliver engaging content for digital channels.

You will create motion graphics, product videos, and animated content, applying typography, visual effects, and sound design to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in motion graphics or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a creative discipline.
• Strong eye for design and aesthetics.
• A robust portfolio of published work must be included in resume.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience in SaaS/Tech and 3D animation is a plus.

Select Source International looking to hire Motion Graphics Designer who will work closely with the marketing team to create high-quality video and animation content, brand identity and product priorities.

Location: Gurgaon (5 days onsite)

Shift: Night (both side cabs provided)

Responsibilities

• Create visually striking and informative motion graphics, product videos, and animated content for digital channels, including Jobmas website, social media, ad campaigns, etc.


• Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design to enhance the overall impact and engagement of motion graphic content.


• Understand the product, identify customers needs, and create new video content based on the requirements.


• Work closely with the marketing team and stakeholders to produce videos that align with project goals.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand design requirements and maintain brand consistency across all content.


• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain project timelines and deadlines.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, AI and video tools, and incorporate them into your work.

Requirements and Skills

• Experience: 2-4 years


• A bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing or a creative field


• A keen eye for design and aesthetics


• Expertise in industry-standard design and animation software, including Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, Figma, and other relevant tools, such as ElevenLabs, etc.


• A strong portfolio of published content (Please add it to your resume)


• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail


• Prior experience in the SaaS / Tech industry and 3D animation is a plus
