Qualifications

• Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator and Figma.
• Strong understanding of motion principles (timing, easing, hierarchy).
• Good sense of design, layout and visual aesthetics; translate static designs into motion.
• Basic understanding of UI/UX is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Convert static Figma UI screens into engaging UI animations and motion flows.
• Design micro-interactions, transitions and motion behaviors that enhance usability.
• Maintain consistency in motion styles across projects.

Job description

We are currently looking for a Motion Designer who can bring interfaces and visuals to life. Your primary focus will be translating static UI designs into interactive motion and crafting engaging motion-driven visual content.

Ungrammary is a globally recognized UX/UI and product design agency known for building high-impact digital experiences across fintech, SaaS, healthcare, and consumer products. Founded by IIT alumni, the company has spent over a decade working with leading brands like Adobe, Kotak, VMware, and Adani, delivering design solutions that reach millions of users.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both product-focused motion and visual storytelling. Freshers with strong fundamentals and a good eye are welcome to apply. You will get a chance to work on a range of projects spanning graphic design to interface design, with a lot of scope to experiment with your creative practice, you will also get a chance to collaborate on projects for some of the most well-known brands in the industry.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, and Figma- non negotiable
• Strong understanding of motion principles (timing, easing, hierarchy)
• Good sense of design, layout, and visual aesthetics Ability to translate static designs into clear, purposeful motion Attention to detail and willingness to iterate
• Basic understanding of UI/UX is a plus

Bonus Points

• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or other video tools
• Exposure to product/UI motion design
• Familiarity with design systems or scalable motion patterns
• Interest in experimenting with new tools and workflows
