About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with strong Motion Graphics skills to join our creative/marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of visual design and the ability to transform ideas and concepts into engaging static and animated content across digital platforms.

You will work closely with the Marketing, Content, Product and Sales teams to develop creative assets for social media, websites, advertising campaigns, presentations, product communication and other marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

• Create high-quality designs for social media, digital advertising, websites, email campaigns, brochures, presentations and marketing materials.
• Develop creative concepts and visual identities aligned with brand guidelines.
• Design campaign creatives for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Google Ads.
• Create product graphics, infographics, banners, promotional materials and presentations.
• Resize and adapt creative assets for different platforms and formats while maintaining visual consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and translate them into compelling visual communication.

Motion Graphics & Video

• Create motion graphics, animated social media posts, promotional videos and short-form content.
• Develop engaging animations for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn and digital advertising.
• Create animated typography, transitions, logo animations, product animations and visual effects.
• Edit and enhance video content, including cutting, transitions, sound, subtitles and basic color correction.
• Convert static designs into engaging motion/video assets.
• Work with existing footage, stock assets, illustrations and graphics to create polished marketing videos.
• Understand pacing, storytelling and visual hierarchy to create content that captures attention.

Required Skills

Graphic Design

• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe Illustrator
  • Adobe InDesign
• Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, layout and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create designs from concept to final execution.
• Good understanding of digital design requirements and social media formats.

Motion Graphics

• Strong working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent video-editing software.
• Experience creating motion graphics, animations and short-form videos.
• Understanding of keyframes, masking, transitions, effects and animation principles.
• Ability to create visually engaging content for social media and digital campaigns.

Additional Skills

• Knowledge of Figma is an advantage.
• Basic understanding of video editing and sound synchronization.
• Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, ChatGPT or similar tools is a plus.
• Understanding of social media trends and digital content formats.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
