Motion Graphic Designer

As a Motion Graphic Designer, you will create, enhance, and edit high-quality video and motion graphics for marketing and corporate communications, translating business requirements into engaging visuals while adhering to brand guidelines. The role requires a self‑motivated, detail‑oriented professional who can multitask and collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and produce motion graphics, explainer videos, and animated content for miniOrange's product suite.
• Design and animate product demo videos, onboarding walkthroughs, and feature launch reels for web, social, and in‑app placements.
• Collaborate with video editors, marketing, and content teams to develop visual concepts.
• Create visually engaging ad creatives and campaign videos for paid and organic channels (LinkedIn, YouTube, Google).
• Ensure visual consistency across all video assets aligned with brand guidelines.
• Handle basic camera operations for video shoots, including framing, lighting coordination, and on‑site recording as required.
• Own the end‑to‑end motion production pipeline — scripting, storyboarding, animation, sound design, and final delivery.
• Stay updated with motion design trends, tools, and techniques.

Requirements

• 3+ years of professional motion graphics or video design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech.
• Expert‑level proficiency in After Effects; strong command of Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Solid understanding of typography, composition, color theory, and animation timing.
• Portfolio demonstrating explainer videos, product demos, or tech/security‑related motion work.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts into clear visual narratives without sacrificing accuracy.
• Experience with audio mixing, sound syncing, and basic sound design is a plus.
• Familiarity with Figma for collaborating on static assets and UI references.
• Strong ownership mindset — comfortable managing multiple projects independently.
