Job summary

Earn Modes in Pune is looking for a Motion Designer who can independently create high-quality video content across product demos, SaaS, enterprise communications, and social channels.

You will lead motion graphics, typography and transitions using After Effects and Premiere Pro, while collaborating with designers and marketing to ensure brand consistency across all video content.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of professional experience in Motion Design/Video Editing.
• Advanced proficiency in After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Good working knowledge of Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of motion principles, typography, composition and pacing.
• Knowledge of sound design, audio editing, music, voiceovers and sound effects.

Responsibilities

• Integrate sound effects, music, voiceovers, and audio into videos

Required Skills

Must Have

• 3 – 4 years of professional experience in Motion Design / Video Editing
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro
• Good working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
• Strong understanding of motion principles, typography, composition, pacing, and visual storytelling
• Working knowledge of sound design, audio editing, music, voiceovers, and sound effects

Good to Have

• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop
• Experience with screen recording and product walkthroughs
