Job summary

Nat Habit is seeking a creative Motion Graphic Designer to translate brand stories into engaging visuals from our Gurgaon studio. You will craft motion graphics, videos and digital creatives using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator while exploring AI-powered ideas.

You will lead projects with a strong emphasis on storytelling, brand consistency and timely delivery across social, websites and campaigns.

Qualifications

• Portfolio is mandatory and must showcase motion graphics work.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in motion graphics/visual design.
• Strong foundation in design and storytelling for social platforms.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations, video content and digital creatives for social media and campaigns.
• Conceptualise and execute ideas from brief to final output.
• Develop animations, transitions, product visuals and video edits.
• Maintain brand visual identity across assets and formats.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance images, videos and creative concepts.

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas, campaigns and brand stories to life through compelling motion graphics and visual content.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in design and motion graphics, be passionate about storytelling, and be comfortable leveraging both Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered creative tools to produce high-quality images and videos across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, video content and digital creatives for social media, performance marketing, brand campaigns, website.
• Conceptualise and execute creative ideas from brief to final output.
• Create visually engaging animations, transitions, product animations and video edits.
• Develop static and motion creatives while maintaining consistency with the brand's visual identity.
• Use AI tools to create and enhance high-quality images, videos, backgrounds, visual assets and creative concepts.
• Adapt creative assets into multiple formats and dimensions for different platforms.
• Research and stay updated with design, motion, social media and visual communication trends.
• Research competitor brands to identify creative opportunities and evolving visual trends.
• Bring new ideas and innovative visual approaches to the brand.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.

Required Technical Skills

• Adobe Premiere Pro — Video editing, pacing, sound syncing and final output
• Adobe Photoshop — Image editing, retouching, compositing and creative manipulation
• Adobe Illustrator — Vector artwork, illustrations, layouts and graphic assets

AI Tools

• Hands‑on experience with AI-powered image and video generation tools.
• Ability to integrate AI into the creative workflow to improve speed, quality and ideation.
• Willingness to continuously explore and adopt new AI tools and technologies that can improve creative output and workflow.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Motion Graphics / Visual Design / Video Content Creation
• Portfolio is mandatory.
