Job summary

VOLUME is seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to concept, design, and animate content for digital, social, and audiovisual campaigns. You will independently drive projects from concept through delivery, while aligning with brand guidelines.

You will collaborate with creative directors, account executives, and planners to translate briefs into compelling motion storytelling, staying ahead of design trends and maintaining high-quality outputs across formats.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong proficiency in motion design and animation software such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Degree/Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Animation, Motion Design, or related field.
• Strong portfolio/showreel showcasing motion graphics, animation, visual design, and creative problem-solving.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, composition, color, visual storytelling, and animation fundamentals.
• Ability to independently take projects from concept to final execution.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced creative environment and adapt designs based on feedback.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with creative directors, account executives, and planners to understand client briefs and objectives.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics and animated content for digital, social, audiovisual, and advertising campaigns.
• Collaborate with copywriters and teams during brainstorming to develop ideas for print, OOH, digital, and TV campaigns.
• Own projects from concept to storyboarding, design, animation, revisions, and delivery.
• Translate brand guidelines into visually engaging motion content across channels.
• Create motion formats from existing assets for multiple platforms and screen sizes.
• Incorporate feedback, refine work, and maintain timelines and quality.

This is an on-site role for a Motion Graphic Designer at VOLUME. The role involves independently conceptualizing, designing, and animating motion graphic content across multiple communication channels, including digital, social media, and audiovisual platforms. The Motion Designer will work closely with creative directors, account executives, planners, and other creative team members to develop engaging visual solutions aligned with client objectives and brand requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with creative directors, account executives, and planners to understand client briefs, communication objectives, and creative requirements.
• Conceptualize, design, and execute motion graphics and animated content for digital, social media, audiovisual, advertising, and other communication platforms.
• Collaborate with copywriters and creative teams during brainstorming sessions to develop creative ideas for print, OOH, radio, digital, and television campaigns.
• Take ownership of assigned projects from concept development and storyboarding through design, animation, revisions, and final delivery.
• Translate creative concepts and brand guidelines into visually engaging motion graphics while maintaining consistency across different communication channels.
• Create and adapt existing creative assets into motion formats for multiple platforms, screen sizes, and campaign requirements.
• Incorporate feedback from creative directors, seniors, and clients, and independently refine work while maintaining creative quality and project timelines.
• Present and explain creative concepts, design approaches, and motion solutions internally and, when required, to clients.
• Contribute to concept development for new business pitches, campaign presentations, and internal creative initiatives.
• Stay updated on popular culture, design trends, motion design techniques, social media formats, and current events to bring fresh and relevant ideas to the creative process.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail, visual quality, and consistency.
• Collaborate effectively with designers, copywriters, video teams, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality creative work.
• Take initiative in learning new tools, techniques, workflows, and emerging trends in motion design.
• Show openness to feedback and actively contribute to a culture of creative learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
