Job summary

VOLUME is a branding-first creative agency driven by strategy, design, and storytelling. We are seeking a Creative Associate – Art to conceptualize and create visual communication across print, digital, and audio-visual platforms.

You will collaborate with creative directors, account executives, and planners to develop groundbreaking concepts, refine campaigns based on feedback, and present ideas to clients. A strong portfolio and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Degree/Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design work.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt designs based on feedback.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with creative directors, account executives, and planners to understand the creative client brief.
• Brainstorm with a copywriter to create innovative concepts for print, OOH, radio, digital, and television that fit the client brief.
• Amend, revise, or redevelop campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director or clients.
• Interact with, present to, and explain creative concepts to internal teams and clients.
• Provide concept development for and participate in new business pitches as needed.
• Keep up to date with popular culture and global events.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Creative Associate – Art at VOLUME. The person will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visual communication across various mediums, including print, digital, and audio-visual platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with creative directors, account executives, and planners to understand the creative client brief
• Brainstorm with a copywriter to create innovative, ground-breaking concepts for print, OOH, radio, digital, and television that strategically deliver within the confines of the client's brief
• Amend, revise, or redevelop campaigns in response to feedback from the creative director or clients
• Interact with, present to, and explain creative concepts both internally and to clients as required at all levels
• Provide concept development for and participate in new business pitches as needed
• Keep up to date with popular culture and awareness about events around the globe
