Motion Graphic Designer

Location: Remote (UK Client Hours) | Type: 12-month extendable Contract (3-month Probation)

Hours: 40 hrs/week | Requirements: Own Workstation + Adobe Suite

Salary Range: ₹25-40K per month

We’re a boutique ad agency on a mission to help new visual artists and creators commercialise through high-converting ads, e-courses, and workshops. We blend data-driven strategies with jaw-dropping creativity—and we need a Motion Graphic Designer to turn complex ideas into viral, scroll-stopping animations.

The Role

You’ll craft 2D/3D animations, explainer videos, and social-first motion graphics that make technical topics feel simple and exciting. Your work will fuel ads, courses, and campaigns for artists—so every frame must captivate, educate, and convert.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Animation

• Create eye-popping motion graphics for ads, social media, and e-courses (from storyboards to final render).
• Animate 2D/3D assets (logos, text, product demos) that align with brand identities.
• Produce trend-driven visuals optimised for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and ads.
• Video Editing to Elevated Storytelling.
• Transform rough ideas into visually stunning narratives (even for dry topics).

Technical Execution

• Master After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop (Blender/Cinema 4D is a plus).
• Optimize files for platform-specific specs (square vs. vertical, silent vs. sound-on).
• Sync animations with voiceovers, music, and SFX for seamless flow.

Innovation

• Stay ahead of design trends.
• Experiment with new techniques to keep content fresh.

You’re a Perfect Fit If You Have…

• A portfolio proving you can simplify complex ideas through motion.
• 3+ years of experience in motion design (agency or freelance background preferred).
• Expertise in Adobe Suite (After Effects is your bread and butter).
• Bonus points for:
• 3D animation (Cinema 4D/Blender).
• Experience in explainer videos for tech/products.
