Job summary

Dashverse is seeking a creative Motion Designer in Bengaluru to craft motion-led stories for ads, promos, microdramas, app promos, and tutorials. You’ll blend design, editing, and motion, using the latest AI tools to push visual storytelling while maintaining polish and brand consistency.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, strong Adobe CC skills, and a keen eye for timing, typography, and color. You’ll collaborate with marketing to ensure outputs match the brand and platform formats.

Qualifications

• Proficient in timing, typography, color, and visual storytelling; able to handle sound design and pacing.

Responsibilities

• Own projects from ideation to delivery, including concept, storyboard, edit, motion, sound, and exports.
• Create high-impact video content for brand campaigns, promos, microdrama episodes, product videos, and tutorials.
• Design and animate motion graphics, typography, transitions, UI motion, compositing, and VFX as needed.
• Leverage AI image and video generation tools to accelerate workflows and iterations.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure alignment with brand strategy and messaging.
• Stay updated on trends in motion design and platform formats.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative Motion Designer with 3+ years of professional experience who can craft compelling motion led stories across ads, promos, microdramas, app promos, and tutorials.

This role is for someone who’s equally strong in design, editing, and motion, and is excited to use the latest image and video generation models to push visual storytelling without losing polish, clarity, or brand consistency.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of projects from ideation to final delivery, including concept, storyboard or shot planning, edit, motion, sound, and final exports
• Create high impact video content for brand campaigns, performance ads, promos, microdrama episodes, product and app videos, and tutorials
• Design and animate motion graphics including typography, transitions, UI motion, compositing, and VFX as needed
• Use modern AI image and video generation tools to accelerate workflows, develop iterations, and enhance creative output
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to ensure outputs align with brand strategy, visual identity, and messaging
• Stay current on trends in motion design, editing styles, platform formats, and AI driven visual production

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years experience in motion design and video editing with a strong portfolio of ads, promos, or narrative driven short content
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud including After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related tools
• Excellent fundamentals in timing, composition, typography, color, and visual storytellingComfortable handling sound as part of the creative, including basic sound design, music selection, and pacing to elevate the final cut
• Experience using the latest AI image and video generation models and tools, hands on beyond just experimenting
• Ability to ideate, take initiative, and lead creative execution with minimal handholding

Bonus Skills

• 3D skills using Blender, Cinema 4D, Unreal, Houdini, or similar
• Experience building templates and workflows such as MOGRTs, reusable After Effects systems, or advanced compositing and VFX
