Job summary

Barbeque Nation is seeking a Motion Graphic Designer to bring brand storytelling to life through motion graphics, animation, and video editing across social media and digital campaigns. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Animation, Motion Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 3–7 years of professional experience in motion graphics/animation in advertising or digital agency.
• Strong portfolio in motion graphics, animation, video editing and digital creative work.
• Experience in Food & Beverage, Hospitality & Restaurant brands.
• Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator.

Responsibilities

• Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations and visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, performance ads and brand communication.
• Bring statics and key visuals to life through animation and visual effects.
• Conceptualize motion treatments, storyboards and animatics translating ideas into engaging visuals.
• Edit and enhance video content with motion graphics, typography and sound design.
• Coordinate with production teams, video editors and external vendors for campaign execution.
• Stay current on emerging animation tools and bring new techniques to the team.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and deadlines.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer who can bring brand storytelling to life through motion graphics, animation, and visual effects across social media and digital campaigns.

Y’ou’ll work closely with the team of copywriters, visualizers, designers, and social media team to build a distinct and engaging visual storytelling for Barbeque Nation across platforms.

This is a hands-on role for someone who combines a strong design sensibility with expertise in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and visual assets for social media, digital campaigns, performance ads and brand communication
• Bring statics and key visuals to life through animation, transitions, kinetic typography, and visual effects.
• Conceptualize motion treatments, storyboards, and animatics that translate creative ideas into engaging visual narratives.
• Edit and enhance video content using motion graphics, visual effects, typography, transitions, and sound design.
• Coordinate with production teams, video editors, and external vendors to deliver seamless campaign execution.
• Stay current on emerging animation, motion design, and AI-assisted design tools, and bring new techniques into the team’s workflow
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Animation, Motion Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 3-7 years of professional experience in motion graphics/ animation in an advertising or digital agency
• Strong portfolio in motion graphics, animation, video editing and digital creative work
• Experience in Food & Beverages, Hospitality & Restaurant brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a must
• Strong understanding of motion graphics, 2D animation, visual effects (VFX), kinetic typography, video editing
• Good understanding of social media video formats, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platform-specific requirements.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools such as Runway, Adobe Firefly, etc.
• Knowledge of Blender, Adobe Animate, or similar 3D/motion design tools is an added advantage.
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to take ownership of projects from concept to final delivery.
