Job summary

Nat Habit in India is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas, campaigns and brand stories to life through compelling motion graphics and visual content.

The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in design and motion graphics, is passionate about storytelling, and comfortable leveraging Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered tools to produce high-quality images and videos across platforms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Motion Graphics / Visual Design / Video Content Creation
• Portfolio is mandatory
• Strong foundation in design and motion graphics

Responsibilities

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, video content and digital creatives for social media, performance marketing, brand campaigns, website
• Conceptualise and execute creative ideas from brief to final output
• Create visually engaging animations, transitions, product animations and video edits
• Develop static and motion creatives while maintaining consistency with the brand's visual identity
• Use AI tools to create and enhance high-quality images, videos, backgrounds, visual assets and creative concepts
• Adapt creative assets into multiple formats and dimensions for different platforms
• Research and stay updated with design, motion, social media and visual communication trends
• Research competitor brands to identify creative opportunities and evolving visual trends
• Bring new ideas and innovative visual approaches to the brand
• Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphic Designer who can bring ideas, campaigns and brand stories to life through compelling motion graphics and visual content.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in design and motion graphics, be passionate about storytelling, and be comfortable leveraging both Adobe Creative Suite and AI-powered creative tools to produce high-quality images and videos across platforms.

• Create engaging motion graphics, animations, video content and digital creatives for social media, performance marketing, brand campaigns, website.

Required Technical Skills

Strong proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:

• Adobe After Effects — Motion graphics, animation, compositing and visual effects
• Adobe Premiere Pro — Video editing, pacing, sound syncing and final output
• Adobe Photoshop — Image editing, retouching, compositing and creative manipulation
• Adobe Illustrator — Vector artwork, illustrations, layouts and graphic assets

AI Tools

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered image and video generation tools.
• Ability to integrate AI into the creative workflow to improve speed, quality and ideation.
• Willingness to continuously explore and adopt new AI tools and technologies that can improve creative output and workflow.

Experience

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in Motion Graphics / Visual Design / Video Content Creation
• Portfolio is mandatory.
