Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Delhi. The Motion Graphic Designer will create high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing content. Day-to-day tasks include storyboarding, designing graphic elements, animating visual assets, and collaborating with marketing, design, and content teams to bring concepts to life. The role involves editing and optimizing video content, maintaining brand consistency across all visual materials, and experimenting with new styles and techniques to enhance creative output. The Motion Graphic Designer will also prepare deliverables for various platforms, manage project timelines, and support the production of client presentations and pitch materials.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating engaging animations and visual narratives.
• Candidates should possess Video Production skills, including basic editing, compositing, and preparing video assets for digital channels.
• Candidates should possess Graphic Design and Graphics skills for developing layouts, icons, and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines.
• Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related motion/animation software.
• Solid understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and composition for digital and social media formats.
• Ability to interpret creative briefs, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience in digital marketing or agency environments and a strong portfolio showcasing motion and graphic work are highly beneficial.
