Job summary

Xpresso Global in Calicut, Kerala is seeking a Motion Graphics Design Intern to assist our creative team on real-world projects, including sports content for Calicut FC. This role offers hands-on experience in animation and visual storytelling.

You will work with designers and video editors to create engaging 2D animations, bring designs to life, and learn industry workflows. Fresh graduates or students with strong portfolios are encouraged to apply; basic knowledge of After Effects and Adobe

Qualifications

• Students or freshers with relevant skills and a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.
• Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation principles is a plus.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging 2D animations, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and logo animations.
• Bring static designs from Photoshop and Illustrator to life through animation.
• Assist in creating content for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and sports-related content.
• Support the video team with basic video editing and compositing when required.
• Ensure motion graphics maintain brand consistency and visual quality.
• Collaborate with designers, editors, and other team members.
• Work on projects associated with Calicut FC (CFC).
• Organize project files and maintain efficient workflows.
• Explore new animation styles, trends, and techniques.

About the Internship

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Design Intern to join the creative team at Xpresso Global, a Calicut-based advertising and branding agency.

As a Motion Graphics Design Intern, you will have the opportunity to bring static designs to life through animation, motion graphics, and visual storytelling. You will work closely with our graphic design and video teams on real-world creative projects, including projects associated with Calicut FC (CFC).

Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging 2D animations, motion graphics, kinetic typography, and logo animations.
• Bring static designs from Photoshop and Illustrator to life through animation.

• Ensure motion graphics maintain brand consistency and visual quality.

• Explore new animation styles, trends, and creative techniques.

Software Skills

Basic to intermediate knowledge of the following is preferred:

• Adobe After Effects
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Premiere Pro

Knowledge of keyframes, easing, transitions, masking, typography, compositing, and basic animation principles will be an advantage.

Portfolio

A portfolio or showreel is highly preferred. Your portfolio should demonstrate your creativity, understanding of animation, visual storytelling, typography, and attention to detail.
