Job summary

Augmont is seeking a creative Motion Graphics Design Intern to join our Mumbai design team. You will craft engaging visuals for social media, product visuals, and digital experiences under guidance from Design, Product and Marketing teams.

The role offers hands-on project work, opportunities to learn After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma, and a clear path toward a potential full-time role for strong performers. 6-month minimum internship at Lower Parel office.

About the Internship

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Motion Graphics Design Intern who is passionate about animation, motion design, visual storytelling, and digital content.

You will work closely with our Design, Product, Marketing, and Creative teams on real-world projects involving motion graphics, animations, social media content, brand communication, product visuals, and digital experiences.

This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and build a strong professional portfolio while working on projects for a growing technology-driven brand.

Key Responsibilities :

Create engaging motion graphics, animations, social media creatives, reels, and promotional content. Work on typography, transitions, visual effects, and UI animations while maintaining brand consistency. Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Design teams, explore new creative and AI tools, and improve designs based on feedback.

Required Skills :

Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animation, visual design, and design principles, with familiarity with After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma. Understanding of typography, transitions, social media creatives, and UI/UX is preferred. Knowledge of Lottie, Framer, or AI design tools is an advantage. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and a good portfolio are preferred.

Who Can Apply? :

Students or freshers pursuing or recently completed courses in Motion Graphics, Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia, VFX, or related fields. Mumbai-based candidates are preferred.

Internship Benefits :

10,000 monthly stipend, hands-on experience on real-world projects, and exposure to Design, Product, and Marketing teams. Successful interns will receive an Internship/Experience Certificate and Letter of Recommendation, with strong performers having an opportunity for a full-time position at Augmont.

Important Details :

6-month minimum internship at our Lower Parel, Kamala Mills Compound, Mumbai office. Work from office Monday to Friday + alternate Saturdays, with Sundays off. Working hours are 10:30 AM 7:30 PM, with a 10,000 monthly stipend.

Selection will be based on creativity, relevant skills, portfolio quality, and interview performance.
