Job summary

Lulu Group India invites applications for a Motion Graphics Designer at Lulu Mall Calicut to craft compelling visuals for digital marketing. The candidate should have 2–5 years of experience and a strong command of Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

The role requires collaboration with Marketing, Events, and Branding teams to deliver creative campaigns across social media, LED screens, and web promotions, while maintaining brand consistency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Motion Graphics Design or related field.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator.
• Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns
• Create promotional videos, event teasers, advertisements, and social media content
• Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and Branding teams to execute creative campaigns
• Edit and enhance video footage with visual effects, transitions, sound, and motion elements
• Develop content for LED screens, digital signages, social media platforms, and website promotions
• Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and digital marketing practices
• Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery
