A Motion Designer who can bring interfaces to life through thoughtful, system-driven motion design. This role sits at the intersection of design and development, ensuring motion is not only visually refined but also production-ready and scalable.

Digital Products/Websites/Apps

Interaction & Motion Design

Design functional, user-focused motion for web and mobile.

Translate UX flows into polished interaction animations.

Define motion systems (timing, easing, transitions) aligned with design systems.

Use motion to communicate hierarchy, feedback, and spatial relationships.

Motion → Development Handoff

Create clear motion specs (easing, duration, properties).

Deliver developer‑ready outputs (Lottie, CSS, JSON, platform specs).

Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation.

Identify and resolve gaps between design and production.

Build scalable handoff documentation and workflows.

Prototyping & Systems Thinking

Develop high‑fidelity prototypes to test interactions.

Contribute to motion guidelines within the design system.

Design reusable, modular motion patterns.

Documentation and Showcase

Create videos for BOMBAYDC’s case studies.
