Job summary

Multipolitan is seeking a Part-time Motion Designer in the Greater Bengaluru Area to craft motion graphics for explainers, campaigns, social media, and branding.

You will develop storyboards, visual concepts, and design systems that reflect Multipolitan’s narratives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality video content across formats.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics and animations for product explainers, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling.

Role Description

The Motion Designer is a part-time, on-site role based in the Greater Bengaluru Area. In this role, you will create motion graphics and animations for product explainers, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand storytelling. You will develop storyboards, visual concepts, and design systems that align with Multipolitan’s brand and product narratives. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with design, marketing, and product teams; producing and editing video content; and iterating on assets based on feedback and performance data. You will also help maintain a cohesive motion language across platforms and ensure all visual outputs are optimized for multiple formats and channels.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics to create engaging visual experiences across digital platforms.
• Candidates should possess skills in Animation and Storyboarding to translate ideas and narratives into clear, dynamic sequences.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing assets for various formats and channels.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar) and understanding of typography, color, and layout in motion.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects, and deliver high-quality work to deadlines.
• Relevant experience as a Motion Designer or similar role; a strong portfolio showcasing motion, animation, and video work is required.
• Experience in tech, fintech, or global mobility products is a plus; familiarity with social and product-focused content is beneficial.
