What You Are

You're a motion designer who excels at bringing technical products to life through compelling animation and video. You have a talent for translating complex AI and SaaS features into clear, engaging visual stories that resonate with enterprise audiences. You understand that motion design in B2B isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about making sophisticated technology accessible and demonstrating real value to customers.

You're equally comfortable creating polished product demos and crafting eye-catching social media animations. You bring both creative vision and practical execution skills, understanding that impactful work comes from a mix of high-profile projects and consistent, quality output.

This role reports to our VP of Creative and is remote-based anywhere in India.

What You’ll Do

• Product Storytelling: Create compelling product demos and walkthrough videos that showcase how Aviso's AI platform solves real business problems
• Design explainer videos that break down complex features into digestible, engaging content
• Develop video content for sales enablement, customer onboarding, and product launches
• Collaborate with product teams to visualize new features and capabilities
• Web and Digital Animation: Design and animate Lottie files for website interactions, landing pages, and web experiences
• Create micro-interactions and UI animations that enhance user experience
• Develop animated graphics for web banners and digital campaigns
• Build a library of reusable motion assets and templates
• Marketing and Social Content: Produce engaging social media animations and video snippets optimized for LinkedIn, Twitter, and other channels
• Create animated ads and promotional content for digital campaigns
• Design motion graphics for email campaigns and marketing materials
• Support video content creation with graphics, lower thirds, transitions, and effects
• Marketing and Social Content: Maintain consistency with Aviso's visual brand across all motion work
• Partner with graphic designers, content creators, and marketing team members
• Contribute to the evolution of our motion design language and standards
• Provide creative input on campaigns and marketing initiatives

What You Bring

Required

• 2-4 years of professional motion design experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, or marketing agencies serving tech clients
• Strong portfolio demonstrating product demos, explainer videos, and web animations
• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and animation
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator) to create static assets for your animations—you should be able to design frames, graphics, and visual elements independently rather than depending entirely on designers
• Solid experience creating Lottie animations for web implementation
• Ability to translate technical concepts and product features into clear, engaging visual narratives
• Understanding of video editing, pacing, and storytelling principles
• Strong grasp of design fundamentals including composition, color, typography, and timing
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with varying complexity
• Comfortable with both high-impact creative projects and routine production work
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Animation, Motion Graphics, Visual Communication, or related field
• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation tools
• Familiarity with Figma for collaboration with design teams
• Basic video editing skills in Premiere Pro or similar software
• Knowledge of sound design and audio editing
• Understanding of web technologies and animation performance optimization
• Experience designing for AI or enterprise software products
• Familiarity with design systems and creating animation guidelines
• Experience using AI tools to enhance motion design workflows
