Role Overview

Join us as a Motion Designer and help shape the visual identity of Sirion’s AI‑powered SaaS platform. You will be responsible for creating compelling motion graphics and video content that communicates our brand story, engages audiences, and drives digital campaigns. Collaborating closely with marketing, product, and brand teams, you will bring creative concepts to life across social media, digital platforms, and broadcast channels.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Design & Animate Motion Graphics – Create high‑quality 2D and 3D animations for videos, campaigns, presentations, and social media.
• Collaborate Across Teams – Work with Brand, Product Marketing, and Creative teams to translate ideas into visually compelling assets.
• Storyboard & Conceptualize – Develop storyboards, style frames, and animation concepts aligned with campaign objectives.
• Video Editing & Enhancement – Edit video content with typography, visual effects, and sound design to ensure professional delivery.
• Maintain Brand Consistency – Ensure all motion and video content aligns with Sirion’s brand guidelines.
• Stay Ahead of Trends – Keep up‑to‑date with motion design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously elevate creative output.
• Manage Multiple Projects – Prioritize tasks and deliver projects on time without compromising quality.

Skills & Experience You Bring To The Table

Experience: 4–6 years of professional experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or Video Editor, ideally in an agency or in‑house creative team.

Core Expertise

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Figma.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of motion design projects.
• Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Expertise in video editing, compositing, and visual effects.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color, and timing.

Soft Skills

• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in fast‑paced environments.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field.
