Job summary

Accenture in India in Mumbai is seeking a Motion Design Senior Analyst to craft advanced motion graphics for campaigns, social and video content, and to mentor less experienced designers. You will deliver high-end work with a strong reel spanning digital and brand projects.

The role requires 5–8 years in motion graphics/post-production and expertise in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and 3D tools such as Cinema 4D or Blender. Collaboration with creative teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in motion graphics or post-production.
• Strong reel covering digital and brand work.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro and 3D tools.

Responsibilities

• Create animation systems, transitions, typography motion, and compositing based on briefs.
• Adapt motion content to multiple aspect ratios, lengths, languages, and platform specs.
• Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Video Editors and Producers.
• Optimize files and renders for quality, performance and versioning.
• Review Motion Graphics output and provide craft feedback.
• Maintain organized project files and reusable templates.

What would you do?

• Creates advanced motion graphics and animation for campaign, social, commerce, presentation, and video content, and provides craft guidance for less experienced motion designers.
• Motion design concepts; animated typography; transitions; social and digital animations; commerce motion modules; reusable templates; final renders and source files.
• Adobe After Effects; Premiere Pro; Photoshop; Illustrator; Media Encoder; Cinema 4D or Blender where applicable; audio and review tools.
• Cinema 4D or Blender; expressions and scripting; character animation; sound design; template automation; commerce content. What are we looking for?
• 5-7 years in motion graphics, animation, or post-production with a strong reel covering digital and brand work.
• Motion reel demonstrating timing, typography, compositing, brand adaptation, multiple formats, and clear personal contribution.
• Advanced After Effects; animation principles; compositing; typography; rendering and codecs; multi-format adaptation; organized source files.
