Job summary

Selections HR Services Private Limited seeks a seasoned leader to head US Mortgage Operations in Jaipur. Lead and manage day-to-day processes to meet SLA, quality, and productivity targets.

You will handle end-to-end mortgage processing, underwriting support, and documentation, coach the team, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with US mortgage guidelines and client requirements.

• 5+ years in US Mortgage Operations with team handling/leadership experience

• Lead and manage day-to-day US Mortgage operations, ensuring SLA, quality, and productivity targets are met.
• Handle end-to-end mortgage processes including loan processing, underwriting support, and documentation.
• Manage team performance, workload allocation, and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with US mortgage guidelines, policies, and quality standards.
• Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and process training for team members.
• Coordinate with internal and client stakeholders to resolve operational issues.
• Identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
