Job summary

Artech L.L.C. Bengaluru is hiring a Loan Processor for Mortgage Operations to handle end-to-end loan processing from initiation to approval and to support loan servicing activities.

Ideal candidates have a finance background (B.Com/BBA/MBA), 0–1 year experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel, Word and Outlook. Laptop and reliable Wi-Fi are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Open loan files and review documentation.

• Ensure compliance with policies and timely transactions.
• Prepare MIS/KPI reports and support continuous improvements.

We're Hiring: Loan Processor - Mortgage Operations

Shift Timings:

Flexible to work in either:

• 2:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST
• 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM IST

Experience level - 0 to 1

(preferred B.com, MBA freshers)

Are you a finance graduate with experience in loan processing, mortgage operations, or banking services? We're looking for detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about delivering operational excellence in the lending and mortgage domain.

Key Responsibilities

Process mortgage loans from initiation to approval, including:

• Opening loan files
• Ordering and reviewing documentation
• Pre-qualifying applicants
• Submitting loans for approval

Handle loan servicing and operational activities such as:

• Deal closing
• Drawdowns, rollovers, repayments, and pre-payments
• Funding and rate fixings
• Fee processing and external payments
• Interest collections
• Nostro and Past Due Reconciliations
• 100% compliance with process policies, controls, and guidelines
• Timely completion of transactions within SLA
• End-to-end exception management and issue resolution
• Accurate MIS/KPI reporting
• Continuous process improvement and automation initiatives

Collaborate with:

• Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office teams
• Borrowers, Agents, Trustees, and Banking Partners

Required Skills

• Strong communication and comprehension skills
• Knowledge of loan processing, mortgage operations, accounting, and financial concepts
• Loan calculations and financial analysis skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Mortgage Loan Processing or Loan Servicing
• Exposure to Loan IQ or similar loan management platforms
• Banking Operations, Commercial Lending, or Financial Services experience

Qualification

Finance Graduate (B.Com, BBA Finance, MBA Finance, or equivalent)
