We are looking for a project formulation and monitoring expert to plan, structure, and oversee infrastructure and building projects, particularly those involving coordination of multiple implementation agencies.

• Project Formulation: Develop and structure detailed project plans and proposals for projects across building and multiple infrastructure sectors.
• Monitoring and Evaluation: Design and execute robust project/progress monitoring works to track status, milestones, and performance.
• Multi‑Agency Coordination: Manage projects where multiple implementation agencies are involved, ensuring seamless coordination and reporting.
