Doowon Automotive is seeking an Electrical Engineer with at least 5 years of experience in Plastic Injection Molding for upkeep and reliability of molding equipment in our Tamil Nadu facility.

The role emphasizes preventive/predictive maintenance, troubleshooting, and spare parts purchasing, with strong SAP/ERP and MS Office literacy. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• BE/BTech Electrical Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in the automotive industry and Plastic Injection Molding.
• Preventive and predictive maintenance of Plastic injection molding machines.
• Troubleshooting of Injection Molding machines.
• Knowledge in MTTR & MTBF.
• Purchase of Injection Molding machine spares.
• Good system knowledge in SAP/ERP/ISO TS & MS Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and service Plastic Injection Molding machines to ensure uptime.
• Implement preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot machine faults to minimize downtime.
• Manage spares procurement for injection molding equipment.
• Coordinate with ERP/SAP systems and ISO TS processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing performance.
