About the Role:

We are seeking an Academic Program Manager with proven, practical experience in data analytics (DA), Python, and SQL. This is not a traditional data science or highly technical engineering position. Instead, our ideal candidate brings hands‑on technical fluency together with collaborative, people‑oriented strengths to support program delivery, manage teams, and drive learner engagement.

The position emphasizes:

• Technical proficiency: Practical knowledge of data analytics techniques, Python, and SQL (without expecting advanced data science or engineering expertise).
• Team leadership: Demonstrated experience in managing, leading, or coordinating a team.
• Collaborative approach: Ability to work effectively with educators, program staff, and learners to achieve academic and organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
