Job summary

Tata Motors is seeking an experienced E&E project engineer to track milestones and ensure timely deliverables in Pune. The role emphasizes close coordination with COC leads and cross-functional teams to maintain project alignment and on-time design releases.

The ideal candidate holds a BE/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics with Mechanical exposure and 5–8 years of relevant experience. The position focuses on governance of technical milestones and rigorous execution within the project framework.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, preferably with Mechanical exposure.
• Strong understanding of project milestones and milestone tracking.
• Good communication and coordination skills to update stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Tracking and monitoring E&E engineering milestones aligned with project milestones.
• Follow up on timely completion of committed deliverables.
• Timely communicate/update to COC Leads regarding any slippage or deviation requirements.
• Ensure design releases of product drawings as per project milestone.

Position Summary With Job Responsibilities

• Tracking and monitoring all E&E engineering milestones aligned with Project milestones.
• Follow up on timely completion of committed deliverables.
• Timely communicate/update to COC Leads regarding any slippage, any compromise on targets, any decision/conclusion/deviation requirements etc.
• Participation in Daily work meetings, aggregate reviews and Apex reviews, highlight and escalating requirements of E&E. 5.Ensure design releases of Product Drawings as per project milestone.
