Job summary

YASH Technologies Hyderabad is seeking a Module Lead for Microsoft Power Apps. The role involves designing, developing, and supporting enterprise-grade Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps and Power Automate, with integration to SharePoint Online, SQL Server and Power BI.

You will work with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable applications and automation, ensuring governance and security best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of overall Microsoft Platform experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on Power Apps development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power Automate workflow development.
• SharePoint administration experience desirable but not primary.
• Knowledge of Power Platform governance, security, and performance optimization.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven).
• Design and implement complex workflow automation using Power Automate.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint Online, SQL Server, Power BI, Microsoft 365 and external apps via APIs/connectors.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, security, and user experience; provide support and training.

Experience

• 5+ years of overall Microsoft Platform experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Apps development.
• Strong hands-on experience in Power Automate workflow development and support.

Shift: 3:30 PM – 12:30 AM IST

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days per week from office)

Preferred Location: Hyderabad

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Power Platform Developer with strong expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate to design, develop, and support business applications and workflow automation solutions. The ideal candidate should be capable of collaborating with business stakeholders, understanding requirements, designing scalable solutions, and delivering enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies. SharePoint administration experience is desirable but should be considered a supporting skill rather than the primary responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy business applications using Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps).
• Design and implement complex workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with:
• SharePoint Online
• SQL Server
• Power BI
• Microsoft 365
• External applications through APIs and custom connectors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, workflow, and integration issues.
• Optimize application performance, security, scalability, and user experience.
• Support application enhancements, releases, testing, documentation, and user training.
• Maintain development standards, reusable components, and governance practices.
• Provide production support and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
