Job summary

YASH Technologies, Inc. is hiring for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer in Pune. The role focuses on administration, customization and development of Dynamics 365 CRM, with strong backend and frontend coding in C#, ASP.NET, HTML and JavaScript.

Qualified candidates will implement complex CRM solutions, build workflows and plugins, and support CI/CD using Azure DevOps. Opportunities include working across shifts as needed and contributing to BI reporting with Power BI.

Qualifications

5-8 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM development and related technologies.
Proficiency in backend programming with ASP.NET Frameworks, Web services, C# and frontend with HTML/JavaScript.
Experience configuring and extending Dynamics CRM platforms including entities, workflows and plugins.

Responsibilities

Perform administration, implementation, customization, and development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Develop and implement business process flows, workflows, and plugins within Dynamics CRM.
Support CI/CD pipelines and SDLC processes using Azure DevOps and related tooling.

Experience – 5 to 8 years
Role – MS Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Perform administration, implementation, customization, development of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.
Proficient in backend programming using ASP.net Frameworks, Web services, C#, as well as front-end programming with HTML and JavaScript.
Expertise in building complex applications on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, including customizing entities and writing client-side JavaScript for sitemaps.
Develop and implement business process flows, including steps, stages, and categories, with the ability to work with multiple entities and employ conditional branching. Implement role-driven business process flows.
Experienced in creating workflows and plugins within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.
Create and manage relationship types, understand cascading rules, work with hierarchical data, configure entity mapping, and establish connections and connection roles.
Generate comprehensive documentation and procedures while adhering to best practices.
Support the configuration, deployment, and execution of CI/CD pipelines in accordance with SDLC methodologies.
Familiarity with supporting tools such as Azure DevOps and Power BI for the creation of reports and dashboards.

Able to create UI/Design and business logic elements, navigation, screen flow, and layout based on applicable criteria and constraints.

Familiarity with industry tools and frameworks, analyze and use them based on customer requirements.
Work with SMEs to explore and implement new tools/frameworks.

Estimation and Resource Planning

Identify and assign resources required to complete tasks.
Use appropriate estimation models for medium-high complexity scenarios.
Track and report gaps between budgeted and actual spending.
Implement code or configure/customize products, drive adoption of industry standards and practices, contribute to development of reusable assets and innovative solutions.
Analyzeframeworks/tools and present recommendations, developof training and certification material, and demonstrate thought leadership through whitepapers and webinars.

Test Management

Create iteration and system integration test plan. Develop and review test cases, conduct unit testing, define metrics, and support testing processes.
Able to conduct RCA, verify system builds and test environments, and create business scenario test cases/automation test scripts.

Customer Management

Has working knowledge of customer's business domain and technology suite.
Use latest technology, proactively suggest solutions to increase business, and understand customer's business.

Project Management

Working knowledge of project management process, tools, and templates.
Execute medium projects effectively, create/ review milestone/metric reports, project status, closure reports, create continuous quality improvement plan, and provide inputs for organization-wide process assets.

Domain/ Industry Knowledge

Applyindustry standards and practices,creating complex business models in line with customer requirements independently.
Analyzecurrent-state and define to-be processes in collaboration with SMEs,present recommendations with tangible benefits.
Drive process improvement initiatives, ROI analysis through innovation.

Marketing

Basic knowledge of Marketing, understand Market Trends and Conduct Market Research.
Source relevant Market Data and Prepare Report.
Write Blogs and Participate in External Forums.
Good knowledge of bid process and understanding of RFP/RFI’s.
Prepare Response documents to Medium Scale Bids.
Work with Sales Team to ensure successful closure of sales process.
Attend to customer requests for information on RFI’s and assist Technical Team with sales enquiries.
