Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies in Bengaluru seeks an experienced data testing professional to design and implement end-to-end data testing strategies, validate migrations, and set quality benchmarks across on-premises and cloud environments.

You will collaborate with data engineers and cloud teams in an agile setup, write advanced SQL for validation, and evaluate Azure data platforms such as Microsoft Fabric to support scalable data warehouses and lakehouses.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in data testing and data QA.
• Hands-on experience with Azure data platforms and data warehouses/lakehouses.
• Experience validating on-prem to Azure migration.
• Strong knowledge of test strategy, design, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Produce QA reports and support release / post-deployment validation.
• Work closely with data engineers and cloud teams in an agile setup.
• Regression testing.
• Evaluate and recommend Azure-native or third-party tools for data testing and automation.
