Job summary

The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of experience in ETL and data migration testing within the Azure ecosystem, strong skills in SQL, and proficiency with Azure services such as ADF and Databricks.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing for Azure-based cloud migration programs, ensuring data integrity and quality across all stages
• Develop and maintain Python-based automation scripts for data validation, reconciliation, and test optimization
• Perform ETL testing, including data validation, transformation checks, and source-to-target mapping verification
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data profiling and reconciliation.
• Validate Azure data workflows, including ADF pipelines, Databricks (PySpark) notebooks, and ingestion/transformation processes
• Drive defect management lifecycle, including tracking, reporting, root cause analysis, and stakeholder communication

Required Skills

• 6+ years in ETL & Data Migration Testing
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Azure Data Factory (ADF), Databricks (PySpark), and Python
• Hands‑on experience with Azure data services including ADLS, Delta Lake, Azure SQL, and Synapse
• Proven experience in cloud data migration and testing within the Azure ecosystem
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively
