Job summary

Happiest Minds Technologies seeks an experienced Senior Embedded Electronics Engineer focused on low-power electronics design. You will design analog and digital circuits, power management, and embedded hardware platforms, supporting integration and testing throughout development.

Responsibilities include analog/digital circuit design, MCU/FPGA-based development, power-supply design, EMI/EMC testing, and cross-functional collaboration with firmware, software, and mechanical teams.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of analog electronics including op-amps, filters, ADC/DAC.
• Expertise in digital electronics, MCUs, and embedded systems.
• Experience in low-power electronics design and power management architectures.
• Knowledge of power supplies, voltage regulators, and DC-DC converters.
• Experience with UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet communications.
• Hands-on PCB design with Altium Designer or Cadence.
• Experience with lab equipment: oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power analyzers.

• Design analog circuits, signal conditioning, op-amps, filters, ADC/DAC interfaces, and sensor interfaces.
• Develop digital electronics and embedded hardware using microcontrollers, processors, FPGA, memory, and peripherals.
• Perform component selection, trade-off analysis, and hardware optimization for cost, performance, and power.
• Design low-voltage power supplies, regulators, and DC-DC converters for low-power operation.
• Conduct power budgeting and energy efficiency analysis.
• Support board bring-up, subsystem validation, integration testing, and hardware debugging.
• Implement and validate interfaces including UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, ZigBee.
• Perform EMI/EMC, environmental, reliability, and compliance testing.
• Prepare schematics, design docs, test reports, and engineering artifacts.
• Collaborate with firmware, software, mechanical, and system teams throughout product lifecycle.

Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Electronics Engineer with expertise in low‑power electronics design, embedded systems, and hardware development. The candidate will be responsible for designing analog and digital circuits, power management solutions, embedded hardware platforms, and supporting system integration, testing, and compliance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop analog circuits, signal conditioning circuits, op-amps, filters, ADC/DAC interfaces, and sensor interfaces.
• Develop digital electronics and embedded hardware solutions using microcontrollers, processors, FPGA, memory devices, and peripheral interfaces.
• Perform component selection, trade‑off analysis, and hardware optimization for cost, performance, and power consumption.
• Design low‑voltage power supplies, regulators, and DC‑DC converters with focus on low‑power operation.
• Conduct power budgeting and energy efficiency analysis.
• Support board bring‑up, subsystem validation, integration testing, and hardware debugging.
• Implement and validate communication interfaces including UART, SPI, I?C, CAN, Ethernet, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, and ZigBee.
