Job summary

NIIT Foundation (NF) is seeking a field coordinator to motivate and mobilize eligible participants from target groups such as GiG workers, farmers, and drivers to attend sessions and complete the learning program in Manvi, Karnataka.

The role involves coordinating with location leaders, organizing training venues, informing participants about schedules, and ensuring active participation while bridging the community and training teams. Willingness to travel and relocate is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Social Work, Commerce Education, Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in grassroots project implementation.
• Open to travel and relocate to the project location.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes.
• Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure beneficiaries are informed of session schedules and participate consistently.
• Act as the bridge between the community and the training team.
• Help in enrolling on DigiLocker Government Schemes and collecting attendance sheets, consent forms, and other documentation.
• Submit regular progress and updates with Location leader and center project monitoring team.
• Conduct the Pre-Post assessments and capture training feedback from beneficiaries.
• Carry training material to location for distribution.
