Job summary

NIIT Foundation (NF) in Bengaluru seeks a Mobilizer cum Delivery Associate to mobilize participants from target groups and ensure their attendance in learning programs. You will coordinate with location leaders and trainers to organize training venues and communicate schedules effectively.

You will bridge the community and the training team, assist with DigiLocker government schemes enrollment, collect attendance sheets and consent forms, and support ongoing progress updates and assessments to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Commerce Education, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 35 years of experience in grassroots project implementation , Self driven
• Open to travel and relocate at the project location
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with community mobilization and training processes.
• Fluency in the local language and basic proficiency in English and MS Office.
• Experience in financial literacy or educational programs.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Flexible, adaptive, and culturally sensitive.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the Pre-Post assessments and capture the training feedback from the beneficiaries
• Carrying the training material at location for distribution
