Job summary

ISIEINDIA in Odisha seeks a proactive student mobilization executive to engage ITI and Diploma students for ISIEINDIA programs. You will build networks with institutes and training partners, and manage registrations on the ISIEINDIA portal.

You will handle NSDC portal registrations, ensure accurate KYC, and conduct mobilization drives and orientation sessions. A graduate with 1–3 years in mobilization or counseling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Identify and engage potential students from ITI, Diploma, and technical institutions for ISIEINDIA programs.
• Build networks with academic institutions, training partners, and student communities.
• Manage student registration on ISIEINDIA portal.
• Handle NSDC portal registration as per guidelines.
• Ensure accurate KYC documentation and verification of students.
• Conduct mobilization drives, workshops, and orientation sessions in ITI/Diploma colleges.
• Counsel students about program benefits, career opportunities, and enrollment procedure.
• Support and participate in team-building activities for enrolled students.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of programs.
• Maintain accurate records of mobilized and enrolled students.
• Submit periodic reports on mobilization activities, enrollment status, and student engagement.
