Accenture India is looking for a Mobility Advisory & Service Specialist to manage end-to-end international assignment processes within a fast-paced, global delivery network. You will coordinate administrative support for international assignments, ensure accuracy of data, and help expand workforce in multiple regions.

The role requires 7–11 years of total experience, at least 5 years in HR/global mobility, a university degree, and excellent written and spoken English.

What would you do?

• Responsible for administrative support activities to ensure timely, accurate and smooth end to end assignment management for employees being sent on an international assignment or transferred internationally under local terms.
• Candidates who come experience understanding into Global Mobility
• Support workforce expansion in different countries and regions.
• Involves understanding overseas work and requires ability to establish operations in new locations.

What are we looking for?

• Primary skill - Global Mobility - P1••
• Minimum 8 years of overall work experience with at least 5 years in HR preferably a global mobility role, preferably within a multinational corporation.
• Proven experience of working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, working effectively across different timezones
• University Degree
• Strong English language (written and oral)
