Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Mobility Advisory & Service Sr Analyst to manage end-to-end international assignments and expatriate mobility operations. The role requires 5–8 years of experience, a university degree, and strong English proficiency, with exposure to expatriate tax matters and cross-timezone coordination.

• Maintain accurate data and documentation for mobility cases

What would you do?

• Responsible for administrative support activities to ensure timely, accurate and smooth end to end assignment management for employees being sent on an international assignment or transferred internationally under local terms.
• Candidates who come experience understanding into Global Mobility
• Support workforce expansion in different countries and regions.
• Involves understanding overseas work and requires ability to establish operations in new locations. What are we looking for?
• Primary skill - Global Mobility - P1
• Minimum 5 years of overall work experience with at least 2 years in HR preferably a global mobility role, preferably within a multinational corporation.
• Proven experience of working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, working effectively across different timezones
• Experience using Equus Platform.
• Experience in expatriate tax matters, including but not limited to tax equalization, concept of gross vs net pay, recognizing tax impact of scenarios.
• Ability to work in a highly dynamic and matrixed organization, navigating complexity to deliver seamlessly
