Accenture in India is seeking an experienced Mobility Advisory & Service Specialist in Navi Mumbai. You will manage end-to-end international assignment support, align local terms with global mobility practices, and collaborate with HR and business units to enable smooth deployments.

The ideal candidate has 7–11 years of relevant HR experience, strong English communication, and proven ability to operate across time zones in a fast-paced, global environment.

• Responsible for administrative support activities to ensure timely, accurate and smooth end to end assignment management for employees being sent on an international assignment or transferred internationally under local terms.

• Primary skill - Global Mobility - P1


• Minimum 8 years of overall work experience with at least 5 years in HR preferably a global mobility role, preferably within a multinational corporation.


• Proven experience of working in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, working effectively across different timezones
