Qualifications

• Experience building and delivering mobile applications using React Native or native iOS/Android with modern web frameworks.
• Strong proficiency in React Native ecosystem including Redux, hooks and lifecycle management.
• Experience with frontend development using React and/or Angular with JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Strong backend awareness with RESTful services and Web API design/implementation.
• Demonstrated experience with SOA.
• Proficient in testing and quality practices (Jest, unit testing, TDD/BDD).
• Secure coding practices and CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Hands-on mobile tooling knowledge (Android Studio, XCode).
• Understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.

As a Senior Mobile Developer, youll play a key role in contributing to mobile delivery within a collaborative scrum team, providing technical guidance while supporting high-quality outcomes.

• Contribute to the design and delivery of mobile features, including coding, optimization, automation, and ensuring alignment with architectural and performance standards
• Collaborate with the team to plan, estimate, and deliver work through backlog grooming, sprint execution, and releases to production
• Support uplift in development practices, CI/CD automation, and AI capabilities across the team
• Foster a positive, collaborative environment to deliver robust, scalable, and pragmatic solutions
• Champion strong engineering practices, contribute to managing technical debt, and support the team’s technical direction
• Take shared responsibility for production health, including deployments, monitoring, and ongoing support of delivered features

• Contribute to mentoring and knowledge sharing to build overall team capability

What You Will Bring:

• Relevant Tertiary qualifications/degree in computer science
• Software Engineering experience at least 5+ years specifically as a mobile developer
• Experience outline below will help you succeed in this role:
• Experience building and delivering mobile applications using React Native or native iOS/Android with modern web frameworks
• Strong proficiency in React Native ecosystem, including Redux (actions, reducers, sagas), hooks, and component lifecycle management
• Experience with frontend development experience using React and/or Angular with JavaScript/TypeScript
• Strong backend awareness with exposure to RESTful services and Web API design/implementation;
• Demonstrated experience with Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA)
• Proficient in testing and quality engineering practices, including Jest, unit testing, and TDD/BDD approaches
• Secure coding practices
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions and DevOps practices
• Hands-on experience with mobile development tooling such as Android Studio and XCode
• Understanding of mobile accessibility standards and best practices
