Job summary

Neurealm Company is seeking a seasoned Technical Architect (Mobile & Web) with 10–15 years of experience to design scalable applications using React Native, Flutter, Java and microservices. You will lead cross-functional teams, review designs, and drive best-practices across mobile and backend domains.

The role requires strong leadership, API design expertise, and collaboration with product and design teams. Pune or Mumbai on-site with potential travel.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of React Native, Flutter, and native mobile development.
• Strong backend expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with React.js, TypeScript, Webpack, Babel, and modern testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress).
• Architecture patterns include micro-frontend, component-driven design, and modularization.
• Experience with AWS or GCP for deployment, CI/CD pipelines, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement scalable mobile and web architectures.
• Mentor teams, review code, and enforce mobile/backend best practices.
